Our commitment in three letters: ESG
E for Environment, S for Social, G for Governance. They are the environmental, social, and organizational responsibility that we feel we have and follow up with the concrete actions we have taken. For years, Casta Diva has been at the forefront of implementing initiatives and supporting policies aimed at improving our workplace as well as contributing to the improvement of the world we live in.
Through our ESG PACT initiatives, we also contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals outlined in the 2030 agenda.
Environment
There is a lot we can do for the environment, beginning with the small daily actions that Casta Diva promotes in the workplace and through its various activities, but also with the national-level initiatives we proudly participate in, such as the fight against plastic in the sea with Ogyre and the creation of the Casta Diva Oasis to safeguard biodiversity.
Social
We care deeply about social responsibility, just as we care for all our employees, whose opinions, needs, political and sexual orientations are respected. Casta Diva stands for respect and inclusion within its offices and also for promoting proper behaviour outside the workplace.
Governance
As a company, we strive for a higher purpose beyond profit: making a positive impact on society and the environment. We achieve this by working responsibly, sustainably, and transparently with regard to people, the community, and cultural and social activities.
